Remagine
Remagine is an independent footwear brand from China, founded in 2022 by a designer known under the pseudonym Panda. The brand describes itself as a project at the intersection of traditional footwear heritage and futuristic design.
The name Remagine is a combination of remember and imagine. In other words, it embodies the idea of “memory + imagination”: taking something from the past and reinterpreting it through imagination for the future.
Remagine fits well into a broader trend that has emerged in recent years: the boundaries between dress shoes and sneakers are becoming increasingly blurred.
However, Remagine approaches this not through the minimalist “luxury sneaker,” but rather through an intentionally bold and highly visible hybridization of the two.
