Returns & Refunds

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

To return an item, you can either:

Bring it to our store at: Amaghleba 27, Tbilisi, Georgia; or

Send it back by post.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
