Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing takes place on business days only and is separate from the delivery time.

Shipping destinations and delivery times

We ship within Georgia and worldwide with Georgian Post. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout for your destination.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Georgia: 1–5 business days.
• International destinations: 7–21 business days.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. International delivery may be affected by customs clearance and local carrier operations.

Shipping costs and currency

The customer pays the shipping charge shown at checkout. It is calculated automatically based on the destination and the parcel’s actual and volumetric weight.

Shipping charges vary by order. The amount payable is displayed before you complete your purchase.

Amounts displayed in EUR are converted using the National Bank of Georgia’s exchange rate.

Free store pickup

You can collect your order free of charge from MOSAIC at 27 Amaghleba Street, Tbilisi, Georgia, 0105. Pickup orders are normally ready within 1–2 business days.

Tracking and customs

After dispatch, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your shipment’s status in your account.

Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges at the destination are payable by the recipient.
